Before contacting us
- Check whether the request says visa biometrics, police certificate, criminal record check, FBI Identity History Summary, FD-1164, FD-258, RCMP, or C-216C.
- Keep the requesting authority’s exact wording, but remove names, case numbers, addresses, and other personal data.
- Remember that a booking link does not reserve a slot until you submit it and Sequana confirms it.

Do not email
Do not send fingerprint images, completed cards, passport scans, visa files, payment-card details, or account passwords. We will ask for an appropriate secure channel if a document is genuinely required later.
